3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You may see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
4. After Refund
After a refund is processed:
- Your license will be deactivated
- You should uninstall GroAsk from your device
- You are welcome to repurchase in the future if you change your mind
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:
- Are made after the 14-day refund period
- Appear to be fraudulent or abusive
